I assumed that, long after the earth was first orbit around the sun, the changeable intensity of solar energy made temperature and environment on the earth changed from time to time, this might effect the reaction of the elements on earth, a life was begun by some elements along with carbon and hydrogen were reacted together until a life unit calling "cell" was formed. One organic cell had first started in the water and then moved up to land, developed to be plants and animals which the scientists classified them in terms of phyla, classes, families, genera and species.
There are 15 essential elements in plant nutrition. Carbon, hydrogen and oxygen are plenty in water and air. Nitrogen,Phosphorus and potassium are the major elements which are in the chemical fertilizers. Calcium, sulphur and magnesium are sometimes added in the fertilizers. These nine elements are called macro elements by which plants need large quantity of them. The 6 micro elements are boron, manganese, zince, ferric, copper, and molybdenum. Searching from a book on "House Agricultural Magazine", third edition, March 2009 page 165[nutrition management by using LCC in rice growing], finding that chlorine and Silicon are also essential for rice nutrition. Therefore, when we eat plants or a part of them, there must be a lot of elements in the stuff we eat. In other words, they are the essential elements for animal and human too. But they are in various forms.
Carbon and hydrogen are the basic elements for life. Any organic matters are consist of carbon and hydrogen as the basic structure and other elements come to bind with them as compounds. Besides, in food protein, nitrogen is an important factor for growth and health. Phosphorus help to strengthen cells and prevent some diseases.There are more elements which we eat such as sodium, chromium, nickel, selenium, etc.[from my vitamin bottle]
The above statement are for the body compound. Mind comes from brain. In Buddhism, Buddha said, a person was consist of soil, water, wind, and fire. This was interpreted that soil represented all elements saying above. Water was also a part in cells and body. Wind was the air we breathe, and fire was the emotion in nagative ways[anger, hatred, and greed] I used to learn that if we were able to seperate body and mind, mind could be free from hurt or sick, did not feel anything whereas the body was being hurt or sick. Meditation was a way trying by making mind in peace.
I went to the hospital again. This time, I got high LDL [Low density lipo nucleic acid] from 120 higher than the maximum value of 100. My blood pressure was also high about 149-91. I wonder while I am trying to minimize my diet and increasing exercise everyday, why I still get these problems. Now, some of my diet such as shrimp, squid, salty fishes, etc. has been abandoned and only a few left for eating now. What a bad thing for being old!
Day in day out, I do everything but meditation or praying. Usually, meditation practice should be at time before going to bed or awake. But, I read fiction book at that time. The book make me sleep well. When I awake, it's time for morning exercise.
However, we have to accept mind and health conditions. People are not alike. Some are strong with the longer age, some are in the good society or riches. Only thing we are the same is being unhappy and happy. Even we have a shorter age, but all life are with good things to the world and family, that's a pride. Length of life has no mean comparing to do good or bad when being alive. Remember, life was built by the elements we ate and there must be some toxin mixing with those elements too. Mind can be purified by thinking positively. Then we can die at any ages with happy minds. Just be good to the world and people around. People in the longer age will also die not long after us.
Children, friendship is very important. I would like you to make friend. Talk to the people you meet. Be nice to them. If you like, please contact them again for friendship. If there is anyone come to your home, accept him/her and treat with the best, eventhough, he/she may not your direct guest. Think of people in positive ways, understand them, be friendly, don't hate them. Come near people, sit in the middle of the group and keep company. I am afraid you are not like me. My friends and their company are always on the top of my priority.
Life is short. Just forget the time , then come to the old age. Everyone have to be old too but in different times. Therefore, don't waste your time, time passes by and not return, anything you would like to do, please do it right away. For example, when you travel and want to buy thing you like, don't hesitate, because we may not come back to the same way again. Only life climbs to the top and comes down again. Climb with confidence, friendliness, be friend with the people you pass, on the way down, you meet them again.
