Please look at the diet, exercise, and health. You are still young

Hospital again. This time my blood pressure went up to 160-90. I wondered why it was up rapidly. In the last few months, it was only 130-85 and then later 140-90. Now, I am trying my diet control and increasing my exercise a little. I hope that it will come down soon.

Yesterday [April 24th] I went to visit the Toyota Plant in Banpho, Chachoengsao. I was impress of the highest splendid technology in car business. Production under assembly line was in automatic scheme and skilled mechanics handled it with full experience. Nowaday, we are able to have a good standard car easily. In the past, I used to work in this area which was covered with rice field, soil was so fertile and appropriated to rice. But, the situation has changed, industries cover the area instead. It is the technological world to be accepted. In last 30's-40's year, I rode the motorcycles and jeeps back and forth in this area. Beside rice, there were quite a few diversified farms too.

Today, I am going to attend in the Cremation Ceremony of my old time friend and his wife. They have got a car accident while driving on the highway to Chiangmai. When we were young we had a good and long time drinks many times. I hope that drinking was not the cause of his leaving. Again, after cremation, I am to join the praying service of my former long time senior colleage. He was the researcher on oil crops while I was an oil crops extension leader for 15 years. He was 77 and suffered from lung cancer due to heavy smoking for ages. He was also a heavy drinker as well. Both senior and very senior friends were very close to me. I wonder whether it is our time to leave this world. I was also a heavy drinker and smoker although now it is over.

I went to the MRI test[brain x-rays] and found that my brain was deteriorated much worse than the same ages. This resulted me to forget everything and unstable stand. Also, my ears, eyes, bone, teeth have been serious deteriorated too. These happened to me because I did not know how to treat my body in right methods. Moreover, my times of fun were to destroy health without care. I am thinking of how to maintain them to last longest as I can. My exercise, diet, and stop drinking are important to control along with trying to sleep more hours. I try to convince my children to learn from my mistakes but I am not sure they ever read this block since I have written. Now I am 63 and expect to live longer for 30 years.

The way to be happy is how to lead the healthy and normal life. If mind is settled, not worried of any thing and not stress, get full sleep and smiling, health could be perfect too. Not only health by eating and exercise, try to set mind in peace. This is I would like to do but very hard. Chavalvut Chainuvati
