Letter to Nong Ben, please inform him to read too

Nong Ben,
I heard that you were unlucky, everything went wrong at this time. I took your time of birth to have the horoscope check. I found that the Rahoo Planet is directed over Lakana. This causes you everything going wrong and unpleasure mind. Rahoo will move away in September and things could be better. Meanwhile, I would like you to do good things, be nice to people. Don't hate, don't remember only the bad views of the people but try to think of them positively. Having friends, you must make friends with all but be careful. A man who is polite and friendly may be cheating inside but a man who look bad to you may be a good man. You can not judge any one with look and his behaviour. The man may be good at first met but later he might release bad things to you. I am so worried about drug and hope that you are not on it. My heart will not be rest if I am worried all the time. Please calm me down by convincing me of your good health.

Food is important to you. Fresh vegetable and fruit, remember? Don't eat too much preserved or manufactured products. Many people taught me that these processing food were mixed with chemicals and ingredients. Eat various kind of vegetable and fruit, don't eat one or two in a long time. Besides, rice sugar or bread should be semi- husks or unpolished or half processed.

We should walk in the sun light particularly in the morning or evening to get vitamin E. For fresh vegetable, we need chlorophyll, different kind of vitamins, [e.g. vitmin A] and calcium. For fruits, there are vitamin C, minerals,and some substances.

The substance in mangosteen is Xanthone, in banana, there are Serotonin, tryptophan and minerals. Lecithin is rich in Soybean which is Lysine based protein. Brown rice contains gamma oryzanol, gamma amino bylteric acid[GABA], and many substances[Inositol, Phytin acid, Feluric acid, and minerals[Mg] Chilli contains Capsicin, Melothonin and Anthocyanin. All of these are the things I remember from the past experience when I worked.

I got an e-mail recommended us to walk half hour in the morning and half hour in the evening. That give us some muscle freshness and when we exercise we get "Endophine" which is a hormone making fresh brain.

To do these things, I would like you to find a new job which give you time in the evening and morning rest. We should sleep at night for 7 hours and wake up early. Don't think of only good pay but care for your health too. Good health can not be bought at any cost and some body organs can not be repaired after deterioration, please remember!!. Practise yourself to be healthy

Nong Ben, believe me. Keep yourself healthy first and try to save your money for investment. Nobody can be the employee and be rich. You must think and try to be an employer by tiny investment with creating new merchandises which never be performed in the market before. Make small investment first. Small is beautiful.
