Dear Nong Beau,
Thanks for the message wishing me a happy father day. May this good wish return to you. Since you are a few months pregnant, and told me that you drank milk three times a day.


I would like to inform that, milk contains not only calcium, but a lot of fat. I recommend you to drink milk in every evening and yoghurt in every morning. You can also get calcium from vegetable and small fishes with bone. Don't forget to eat more fresh vegetable and fruit[with peels], also nuts and brown rice or whole wheat bread for consuming fibre.


When the baby grows up, feed milk to the baby 3-4 times a day. Baby needs it. Don't let her/him getting fat. Remember salad which we used to feed you every day? Do that too.


Nutritious value mostly are at the peels of fruit and seed husks. This is why we recommend you for this matter. Don't get fat, eat a lot of fishes and reduce other meats. Try not to eat too much fat. Protein should be eaten in optimum proportion, excess protein can change to be fat too.


Don't forget to take a walk continuously atleast half hour a day. Your heart needs exercise for fast beating.


Go to bed early, not later than 11.00, and wake up about 6.00, you need 7 hours for good sleep. If you can, do some meditation or finding funny thing to do. I don't think you hum any song, if you can, do it. Don't make yourself stress or depress. Help your mom and husband as much as you can.


Nong Beau, I hope you read this message. I am looking forward to meeting the baby, my first directed grand child. Talk to her/him everyday that we love her/him.
