Waking up early on Sunday[Jan 31th] at a house near Suwanapoom Airport

I wished I could sleep eight hours a night without during night awake but my brain was so exhausted and woke up from time to time. I have been like this for ages. This was why I had to wake up early for exercise. It was a long time habit and I had made it too hard, then my back bone, knee and neck were deteriorated. I felt hurt occasionally.


On the full moon Saturday night at the house near the airport our family went to spend the night there.

Waking up around 4.30am., having the exercise indoor for a while


I started walking from 5.30am on that day. Weather was cool and fresh, with the nice deep breathing


A plane was taking off from the airport. It was a good adventure to travel.

Flying bird, they woke up early, sang and flew around for food hunt. World was noisy in the morning with the bird's singing.


Fallen leaves and flowers. They showed the fact of life, born, growing, old and dead.

Then, after 7.00am everyone woke up.

This was the road I walk every morning at Bangkhen, our 36 years home.

Our neighbour, It was a church. Quiet but it was lifely for a while on the time of service. An electric wire hanging in front of our house was already cut off.

We will go to Suwanapoom house again on the weekend and stay home on the week day. We will do like this as our wish recently. It was our usual activity. I had no where to go these days. This was why I took a camera and showed the pictures at the same place to you again and again. Chavalvut
