Yesterday, I got a phone call from my friend in Lampang that my close junior friend[Add] had passed away by car accident a few day ago. He rode a motorcycle to the office in the morning as usual everyday. At the traffic light junction, he took off his motor bike at once when the light turned green but was attacked with other pick up truck which raced from the other way which the light had just turned red. He tried to overcome the red light. Add was dead instantly.
The distant from Bangkok to Lampang was about 7-8 hours drive normally. I intended to take my Vigo pick up there yesterday afternoon by stopping for the night on the way. But, I was requested not to go by my wife and my sister. They were worried about the accident or any bad incident. I believed them because our pocket money was also limited whereas there were more necessary other things such as my annual taxes paying, and my youngest son is still in debt in Auckland. However, I was so regret and could not make my sleep last night because Add and his family have always been so good to me. This morning I woke up about 3am and thought of going there that the time was still availble. I thought of 2 items. 1. I need about 6,000 baht if I go there. This sum meant a lot for me as being said above. 2. I would like to take the Vigo car because I paid 10,000 baht every months for the car instalment and had no business to use the car. I want to use it. However, I did not go finally and it was too late now. This was why I wanted to write in this blog. If I had some money, I would have gone there since yesterday afternoon. Money was so important for the oldie like me. I just wish that Add would go to the heaven and stay in peace for goods. He was my favourite friend as long as I got to know him. Sorry to his family and relatives for this great losses, hope that they understand the fact of nature and recover from sorrow faster. Also wished that they lead thier lives with safe without Add.
