Organic or Natural Products Exhibition

On August 5th, which was Friday, I asked Arjarn Nipon, my friend, to visit the Organic or Natural Products Exhibition at Sirikit Exhibition Centre. We were not disappointed to attend this event. There were many things which interested us.

Organic or natural products come from farming without applying chemicals. The crops or livestock are therefore developed by using natural nutrients. I think that this will result the balance of minerals and make the crop and livestock grow healthy naturally. These are the words of good taste, tender chew and being saved from chemical residue.

We started walking by taking Arjarn Nipon's picture. I believed he also enjoyed coming with me.

Mangosteen, the queen of fruit in Thailand whereas durian is the king.

There are many nutritious value in mangosteen. We can eat them unlimitedly. Some one said that if we have durian we should take mangosteen too because durian is very high in calories.

We enjoyed walking until the afternoon and then we took the underground to Ladprao and a bus back home.

There are not many natural or organic markets. The nearest one to my house [Green Leaf] is about 2-3 kilometres far. But if we want to go there we have to take another way of 5-6 km. because of one way drive. It takes me one hour for the very busy hours. Not easy to be strict in organic food for me. However, living here, I know how risk to buy fruits vegetable and meat from the market everyday. I really want the high qaulity food
